    Dr. George N. Bakalis

    Dr. George N. Bakalis (Big B) is the Clinic Director of Prince William Chiropractic Clinic. Dr Bakalis is the leading expert in chiropractic has been practicing in the Northern Virginia area since 1985. He is the first Chiropractic physician named to the American College of Sports Medicine in Woodbridge. He has successfully treated a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions including sports medicine injuries, work injuries, and auto accidents.

    Dr Bakalis played running back for the Wake Forest University varsity football and was a state finalist in track. He has been the team Chiropractic physician for the Washington Capitals (NHL) Hockey team, the official Chiropractor for both the New York Yankees and Washington National baseball organizations. He has also served as the team Chiropractic physician for the Wake Forest University (ACC) football team. Under his care, the team won three consecutive Bowl games.

    In addition, Dr Bakalis is passionate in helping patients with a variety of pain conditions recover with spinal adjustments, low level laser treatments, physical therapy modalities, exercise and nutritional counseling. Dr Bakalis received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago Illinois, his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from National University, and his second Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland in College Park. Dr. Bakalis continues to attend medical seminars and conferences to stay current on the latest research and development in Chiropractic medicine and rehabilitation treatments. Dr. Bakalis is licensed by the Virginia State Board of Medicine.

  • DrRizwan
    Dr. Mohammad Rizwan

    Dr. Rizwan is a Chiropractic physician licensed by the Virginia State Board of Medicine. He has been practicing in the Northern Virginia area since 2018. 

    Dr. Mohammad Rizwan attended George Mason University and graduated with a B.S. degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. He then pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology Instruction from New York Chiropractic College.  

    In addition, he has completed advanced certifications in Dry Needling Trigger Point Therapy, Kinesiology Taping, Cupping, Whole Foods Nutrition, Customized Stabilizing Orthotics, and ConnecTX instrument-assisted connective tissue therapy. Dr. Rizwan is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, as he has completed additional certification in the diagnosis and management of sports related injuries.  

    Dr. Rizwan strives for the best in the well-being of the patient. He primarily practices manual diversified adjusting, as well as SOT and activator methods.  Dr. Rizwan has multiple years of experience working with patients recovering from car accident injuries.  He is also passionate about treating athletes and his goal is to one day be a chiropractor for a professional sports team! 

    Dr. Rizwan is passionate about healthcare and it runs in the family! His wife is an Internal Medicine physician who practices in Burke, VA. His sister is a dentist who practices in Fairfax, VA. 

    Dr. Rizwan enjoys sports, exercising, traveling, and artwork. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, jogging, attending sporting events, and rooting for Washington sports teams! He especially roots for the Wizards and Commanders!

    Stella has been with us for an amazing 11+ years! Stella feels it is important to make you feel your very best and give you the very best welcome when you enter our clinic.  Growing up in school the motto was 'Ora et Labora', work and prayer has always been an important part of her life.  Everything is easier to bear with a positive attitude and a grateful heart. When she is manning the front desk, she will help you with scheduling appointments, handle your new patient paperwork, processing co-pays, and familiarizing patients with our practices process and procedures all with a big smile and positive attitude!

    We are grateful to have her as part of our staff.

    Clarisa is a CA who is attending college to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine for large animals. All of our CA’s will help you with scheduling your visits, handle your new patient paperwork, orient you to our practice process and procedures, facilitate your visit co-payments. She has been working with us since 2020.  In her free time, she enjoys reading and drawing.

    Maria has been with us since the summer of 2023. Maria’s family is from El Salvador but Maria was born here in the US. She is currently at NOVA studying criminology. She wants to become a police officer in the future. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, and listening to music.

    Rebecca Massey
    Clinic Coordinator

    Rebecca has over 15 years of experience working in the medical field. She attended James Madison University where she studied Athletic Training for her undergrad. She went back to school and got her Master’s in Public Health Information graduating in 2015. Rebecca has a cat, Walter, and a dog, Goldie, and enjoys the Virginia wine scene during her time off. She is dedicated to making sure all patients at PWCC receive the highest quality service and care!
